A NEW FAVORITE
Two years ago I had to stop hunting,so all of my rifles became used primarily for LD and target shooting. Then last year I got turned on to the rimfire trend. I started with CCI because of the history, and wide offerings especially after I started shooting suppressed. Everything stepped up when I discovered Eley Ammunition. The difference is the accuracy. The "Contact" is like their baseline subsonic. Quiet, clean and twice as accurate as any other 22lr I've shot (sub 2moa). Their Benchrest ammo is even tighter. The Contact cost a little more than CCI, but worth it to me. Another factor is that my rifle is semi-auto, so even though there are quieter 22lrs out there, they won't cycle the action. I love this stuff. Buy at least 3 boxes, you won't regret it.
