Once I had the correct mount, it fit perfectly on my old Savage 110C 30-06 (Long action). Based on the description, I originally ordered the Weaver Tactical Extended Multi-Dlot Base mount. The description on CTD shows it fitting the Savage 110 Long action. However, the mouinting screws were #8, not #6 as my Save 110C has. Also, both mounting surfaces on this Weaver mount are curved. My Savage 110C has a flat rear mounting surface. The EWG Savage Flat Back Long Action mount is the correct mount. It fits perfectly.
