This version of the famous Ed Brown beavertail has the tail profile machined to minimum dimensions, yet still allows for the use of a Commander style hammer, eliminating the need to purchase a special hammer. For use when concealed carry and overall compactness is a priority, the tail protrusion has been reduced by approximately 0.100. Fully machined from bar stock.
