C-Products Defense designs stainless steel magazines to meet the needs of today's combat conditions. These stainless steel magazines are extremely durable and dependable, and routinely outperform the mil-spec aluminum magazines in almost every test. Constructed from 400 series stainless steel and combined with a specialized heat treatment process, these magazines are one of the best in the industry today. C-Products Defense magazines feature an anti-tilt follower and feature increased interior dimensional room which enhances proper stacking of the rounds which dramatically reduces failure due to jams.

Doesn't latch, doesnt fit
Latch hole is too low forcing mag to need to be inserted farther bumping against the upper. Will not latch. If I forced it and got the latch to catch there is no way this mag will feed correctly. I'm not even going to try to fire. I deem it to be unsafe. (Using with 2 palmeto state armory gen 3 ar10)

Great magazine
I've been using C Products magazines in my AR's for years. When I built a LR-308, it was a no brainer for me. I do own a few other plastic magazines from those other guys, and I think they're alright, but I've never had a problem with C Products. There is another manufacturer that produces metal magazines for nearly every gun on the planet to include the LR-308, but having tried their metal magazines, it only took 2 consecutive failures to lock into the mag well to convince me that C Products magazines are the only metal magazines to buy.

I would definitely recommend this product
Fit and function flawlessly in my DPMS-pattern AR 10, despite the "no-tilt" follower not being truly "no-tilt." Good sturdy mags, and look good too, well-made and -finished. Ordered 4 and had no problems from any of them. Ordering more.

Palmetto State Armory AR10 LR308 in 308 7.62x51 Loves It !!
My Palmetto State Armory AR10 LR308 in 308 or 7.62x51 platform Loves these magazines!! And I Love the stainless steel black finish magazines from CPD just as much since should be around long after I am gone. C-Products Defense and Mec-Gar still make the best reliable metal magazines on the market in my opinion based on my experience over the years. Not saying Magpul don't make a great product but I don't see seeing many surplus plastic mags surviving long term storage. I do worry about all the plastic followers being used by manufacturers now and wonder how they will survive in time as all plastics do breakdown and stress fracture. I just hope they don't raise the price because of my positive review like other company's do now days.... just pay attention and observe.

I bought 4 of these, look
I bought 4 of these, look great, fit good in my DPMS Gen II. (Some mags don't fit right) haven't shoot yet. While loading the no tilt follower tilted. May cause problem may not. No tilt should mean no tilt.
