The DPMS Long Range Lite is built on the same popular design of the LR308, however by gathering customer feedback, the biggest concern was weight. We DPMS heard it's customers and with this offering they have been able to reduce the overall weight by a full 2 lbs. The Long Range Lite features a 24" Stainless steel barrel that has been slightly slimmed down. It has a rifle length gas system making it soft shooting and accurate. A gorgeous lightweight Carbon Fiber Free Float Tube with Sling swivel stud gives you solid but lightweight performance. Along with the Two Stage Match Trigger system, and the Fixed A2 style stock, this rifle has everything you need to take accurate shots at long ranges.
