Will this item fit ruger 556 rifle?

Will this work on a .223 ar?

No, AR-15s chambered in .223 Rem are typically threaded 1/2x28, which is not compatible with this item. If your AR15 is threaded 1/2x28, then I recommend item # ARR-044-113.
I am doing a .300AAC blackout build and was looking at possibly using this muzzle device for it. The description doesn't say which caliber it is compatible with however. Can you tell me if this will work with .300AAC blackout rounds or no?
