I was shocked. It's an exact match for one I paid double that amount for. This is a really good deal if you prefer open sights. Don't hesitate, I doubt you would be able to find another brand at this quality level and price point. Seriously a great deal.

Will this work as a radical firearms A.R. 15?

The sight wobbling is a characteristic of the A2 sight. If this is troublesome you might try to find a "National Match" carry handle with a "pinned" sight
