This holster does not fit my taurus judge public defender 2" as advertised. Doesn't remotely fit the gun

Bad fit
Judge would not go all the way in. Holster right one & shaped for it buy leather dried up so revolver would not come close to fitting. I worked on it for over a week trying to stretch it out, got it better but still not right.
