Diamond Archery by Bowtech has made the perfect youth arrows for young archers. Made of carbon composite, they have the look and feel of adult arrows, just a bit shorter. Plus these arrows are packaged ready to shoot with field tips, vanes, and nocks already installed. Of course since these are youth arrows, they are not recommended to be shot from any bow exceed a 24" draw length or more than 40 pound draw weight.
