will this fit a g17 MOS with an optic?

No this holster will not accommodate an optic. Try item # 2-SL7360RDS-8325-411 or HST-509-002 or 7-S12561.
Will this fit a glock17 with an Olight baldr pro?

This may fit an Olight, however, the manufacturer does not guarantee fit or function with any firearms/lights other than the ones the item was originally designed for.
