A spare magazine pouch is standard for the auto loader models, and they are ambidextrous. The clip may be removed and inserted on opposite side for left hand carry.

This holster is great for the money the clip is really tight the first couple of days then it starts to relax to fit over the pant edge. The quality is great and it is a comfortable fit in the waste band. well worth the money. It holds a Glock 27 very nice with the mag in the front holder. Get one you will love it.
