A spare magazine pouch is standard for the auto loader models, and they are ambidextrous. The clip may be removed and inserted on opposite side for left hand carry.

I have a Smith & Wesson model 645 and I would like this holster it is recommended but in the description it is only showing two to two and a half inch barrels when the model 645 only comes with a 5-in barrel it looks like it's big enough but I'm not sure what do you think?
