Crimson Trace, one of the leading manufacturers of lasers and optics, is proud to present the CT RAD (Rapid Aiming Dot) Max Pro electronic open reflex sight. Designed for rifles, carbines, and shotguns, the CT RAD Max uses a 3 MOA red aiming dot and has a recessed and fully multi-coated lens with a large window for fast target acquisition. Constructed from 7075 series aerospace grade aluminum, the CT RAD Max is up to 30% stronger than most other optics in its class. Included in the CT RAD Max is an automatic shut-off feature which automatically shuts the unit off after 8 consecutive hours of operation in order to conserve battery life. Side mounted buttons allow you to turn the sight on and off and adjust brightness and the buttons are large enough that you can operate them even while wearing gloves. The innovative design of the RAD Max's top strap redistributes force if the sight is dropped to make it extra durable. The Pro model also features additional upgrades. The CT RADIANT feature is an ambient light sensor which automatically adjusts the brightness of the dot to the optimal level according to the surrounding light conditions. Also added is the CT MOTION feature that detects movement from the firearm and automatically powers the optic on at that time. The final addition to the Pro model is the inclusion of a full co-witness Picatinny mount that allows you to co-witness your CT RAD MAX Pro with your firearm's iron sights. Using wither of the included Mil-spec M1913 Picatinny mounts, this optic quickly and easily attaches to standard Picatinny rails.
