Crimson Trace, one of the leading manufacturers of lasers and optics, is proud to present the CT RAD (Rapid Aiming Dot) full size electronic open reflex sight. Designed for full frame pistols, this CT RAD uses a 5 MOA green aiming dot and has a recessed and fully multi-coated lens with a large window for fast target acquisition. Constructed from 7075 aerospace grade aluminum, the CT RAD is up to 30% stronger than most other optics in its class. Included in the CT RAD is an automatic shut-off feature which automatically shuts the unit off after 8 consecutive hours of operation in order to conserve battery life. Side mounted buttons allow you to turn the sight on and off and adjust brightness. The innovative design of the RAD's top strap redistributes force if the sight is dropped to make it extra durable. The CT RAD is easily installed on an optics cut slide using the CT RAD footprint that is also compatible with the Docter style footprint.
