Mini My Tighe made by Columbia River Knife and Tool is a assisted opening 3" Veff serrated black blade knife. This black steel blade is 1.4116 stainless in a high satin finish, has a asymmetrical spine, high hollow grind and a deep belly. With its heavy duty stainless steel frame lock you can be assured that this knife will not unexpectedly close.
About 85% of the size of the original Award Winning My Tighe (pronounced Tie) (Blade Shows Import Knife of the Year Award), this knife features OutBurst Assisted Opening, and a 3 in. blade, made from premium 1.4116 stainless steel. This knife also has a Combo Edge, Black Titanium Nitride Finish, and Zytel Scales on the Black Handle. Comes Complete with a pocket clip.
Serrated Blade -
A serrated blade has a cutting edge that has many small points of contact with the material being cut. By having less contact area than a smooth blade, the applied force at each point of contact is relatively greater and the points of contact are at a sharper angle to the material being cut.

Many CRKT models feature exclusive patented serrations developed by Tom Veff for exceptionally fast, smooth cutting.
Frame Lock -
Also known as the Integral Lock or Monolock. The Frame Lock is a locking mechanism invented by custom knife maker Chris Reeve for the Sebenzas an update to the liner lock. The Frame Lock works in a manner similar to the liner lock but uses a partial cutout of the actual knife handle, rather than a separate liner inside the handle to hold the blade in place.
OutBurst™ -
Assisted opening mechanism, which instantly springs the blade fully open after you have opened the blade approximately 30 degrees.
Zytel -
A glass filled nylon material used in making handles for knives. DuPont trademark.
