This kit is chambered in the popular 5.56 NATO cartridge and comes standard with a 14.5" M4 profile barrel. The upper comes complete with a Bolt carrier group and charging handle. This particular upper does NOT come with a hand guard. This upper conversion kit is intended to be installed on either an AR-15 pistol lower or a lower that has been registered with the ATF as an SBR. Failure to follow the rules could result in a felony. Check with the ATF before proceeding.
