Not working too well....
Out of 100 shots, on about 5 occasions the magazine would double feed rounds. One round would come flying straight up out of the gun, and the second round would feed into the chamber. I was using factory ball ammo and also premium self defense ammo. Never had this problem before with any of my mags which included a variety of makes. I bought these for self defense use, so I'm pretty disappointed. I would not recommend these to others for self defense use. My gun is a Colt 1911 Series 80.

Make no mistake about it, these are heavy duty mags, though they are listed as 'match' mags. When I first picked one up, I could see and feel the difference. Many of the newer mags are compared to the old Randall mags, and though these are not polished, the workmanship and tig welding is 2nd to none. I definitely recommend these for all shooting needs, and especially for the SHTF coming reality, as these have had NO failures to feed. Get some, you'll be happy you did. GREAT PRICE, too!!!!

I have tested many, and these are the best of the best. 500 rounds and counting in all 8 I own, and not one functioning issue. Dependability is the key with these and that's exactly what you get. And CTD has the best prices...as always!

I own 12 of these mags and I don't think anyone makes a better, more reliable mag. I highly recommend these to you. You will NOT be disappointed at all. I have EASILY put more than 1,500 rounds through 10 of them (the other two are brand new that I just added to my collection) and I have NEVER had a single problem with any of them. I am VERY picky and detail-oriented and I promise you these mags have done everything I have expected out of them and more. The quality is impressive and the large numbers on the side (for round count) are deeply engraved for great visibility at any time of day. I love the slap pads that are on the bottom. It makes for quicker and more effective reloads. BUY this mag and you won't be let down!

Buy this magazine. It is extremely reliable, durable, and made to a super high quality standard. I now have purchased 6 of these and have fired about 900-1100 rounds through the six of them and I have never had a single failure. In fact, the other guys on my shooting team use them as well and they have identical results! Buy this mag and any other mags made by Chip McCormick. You will not be sorry. Never risk your life to substandard mags! They are just as important as your pistol!

If your looking for a .45
If your looking for a .45acp mag with a BIG bumper pad! This is the one! Great Mags and they work Flawlessly in my Springfield TRP. The Only thing is the Bumper Pad is so Big they don't fit sid by side in a Mag Pouch! The Pads are just to wide! But Great Price! and I can sand the pad!
