The Chiappa 1911-22 retains the styling, size, weight and handling characteristics of the original John Browning design, but has a redesigned action with fixed barrel allowing it to cycle properly with rimfire ammo and yielding very high accuracy. The pistol is constructed from Chiappalloy and steel components and has wood grips with fixed sights. This pistol can be used as an excellent training aid for shooters who normally shoot a 1911, and is also a great way to turn a few tin cans into an afternoon of fun!
