Do you want to take your varmint hunt to the next level? Then it’s time to invest in some next-level 22 LR ammunition! CCI’s Stinger cartridges are loaded with lightweight bullets and high-powered propellant charges, and they’re certain to make a big impression on small game.
This round’s bullet weighs only 32 grains – light enough that it can attain 1,640 fps muzzle velocity without generating exessive chamber pressure in exchange. If your rifle’s sights are 1.5” high, then the .084 G1 BC projectile should not have to rise higher than 2” above the bore line before striking 100 yards. The copper-plated hollow point conserves 119 ft lbs of energy at 50 yards, and 81 ft lbs at 100: sufficient to make short work of any rodent, especially once you factor in the CPHP’s propensity for rapid and deadly terminal expansion. (Note that those figures all pertain to rifle use; expect reliable yet less power performance in conjunction with a handgun.)
CCI’s fine ammunition is manufactured in Idaho with pin-straight and concentrically rimmed brass cases, as well as the surefire primers the company built its reputation on.

Nice high velocity rounds
I ordered CCI Stingers to replace a bad bunch of discount bullets from AMSCOR that misfired at a rate of about 30 to 40%. I love the Stingers. No misfires in 200 rounds fired. I love high velocity rounds in my Volquartsen 22LR pistol. I've been hitting stuff at 50 and 100 yards without any problem at all. Even getting lucky at 200 yards with metal plates. These rounds are VERY fast. They shoot flat. Adjust your sights for 50 yards and tehn forget about it--you don't have to adjust for "drop" at 100 yards. And there is not much drop at 200 yards--although I did not shoot too much at 200 yds. I am definitely buyong more of these. Would recommend to anyone wanting high velocity 22LR.

22 with the punch of a 38
Great self defense round with the punch of a 38, it works well in my P17 (15+1) for concealed carry
