A breacher barrel was originally designed for military/LE units that wanted another door breaching option. This barrel has a muzzle device that when used with breacher loads (which is different than regular ammo) can shoot at a door knob from a closer distance without causing much damage to your barrel.These barrels are also well suited for tactical scenarios and popular for home defense.
