great price. you can spend more and get a more solid pair of hearing protection but these should last for years.

Great Product
I love these for the range. Can hear people talking to me but gun shots don't blast my ears. Better than regular head phone bar far.

Bought a couple of these
Bought a couple of these and they were a huge hit at the range by everyone that gave them a try. Not too tight or hot on your head. So pleased I bought 4 more. All 6 six work great. Highly recommend.

This is my first pair of
This is my first pair of electronic hearing protection, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. Outdoors, the microphones work in sync and seem to do a decent job of damping the sound. But indoors, they seem to have an issue keeping up with the gun fire. They magnify the sound great and you can hear someone speak clearly from a long ways off. But in turn, they don't seem to reduce the shots to a manageable noise level. They always seem to be lagging to the point that I put on soft plugs and shut of the microphone just to do some target practice. I guess they do the job, but that's all they do. If I were to do it all over again and buy something unseen, I would invest in a better reviewed, higher quality item. On a budget? Do it, but be prepared for a lack luster performance. Not on a budget? Do yourself a favor and shop around.

I purchased this product
I purchased this product not sure how it would work. I found it works Great in outdoor range shooting. I have had a few problems with this in indoor ranges where due to the disparity of sound levels, when I shoot my .45 ACP when the range is very busy...the device doesn't transition fast enough from amplification to attenuation. That has been my only complaint.

I have never used electro
I have never used electronic ears before but I had to get them for the field exercises in some of the NRA training courses I have taken. I am pleasantly surprised that they are so very good at what they do. Will definitely buy another pair if I ever need to replace these. Recommend to anyone.

I bought it and didn't us
I bought it and didn't use it for 1 month; didn't have a chance to test it. when I did have chance to go to the range, only one of the side was working. Either the speaker or microphone was defective. So I said whatever, I just won't turn on the microphone. Went to an outdoor range using my Remington 710(270 win) and the noise still bothered me so much I had to wear plugs with the muffs. It might just be 1 out of 1000 chance that you get one like mine, but I would not refer this to anyone.
