Caldwell's AR500 Auto Resetting Targets are a great way to add some fun and variation to your range sessions! Built with ultra-strong AR500 steel, the finest rifle rated target steel out there, this target will stand up to lots and lots of hits. Each target comes with a free-standing frame, a prairie dog shaped steel target, and ground stakes. Once constructed, the base of the frame sits 7 inches above the ground, and when the target is hit, an integrated reset spring rebounds it back to the standing position. In order to get the longest life out of the target, the manufacturer recommends impact velocities of 3,000 fps or less and impact energies of 3,500 ft. lbs. or less.
