When the food is finished cooking, simply lift the basket up with the hanger hook, and allow it to drain over the pan with the adjustable quick drain system. A swing-out drain valve to empties the used oil when its time for clean up and a built-in digital control with a thermostat and timer ensures that the food cooks exactly as you intended.
