Bought four covers in thr
Bought four covers in three sizes. One worked correctly. Two would not stay closed, even briefly (two different sizes). One would stay closed until anything near it was vibrated or it was touched. I thought they had to be better than Butler solid covers; I was wrong. They will only work if you tape the lens closed and pull the whole shebang off if you want a clear sight picture

I bought a pair of these for my Nikon mounted on my Remington SPS Tactical .308. Great invention and worth every penny. Half the time at the range I don't notice if they are up or down because they are very clear. With them closed, I still shot sub-MOA groups.

They work fine. Do not expect miracles. They are not the greatest but I didn't have any problems so far.

Sizes 9 and 6 fit my Bush
Sizes 9 and 6 fit my Bushnell Trophy 4-12x40's objective and eyepiece, respectively. But only a small edge of the Size 9 fits over the front lip of the 40mm objective, so it doesn't have a lot to hang on to although it seems to be staying on so far. We'll see whether it stays on when getting bumped around in the field on a hunt. The size 6 fits the eyepiece better and is more likely to stay put. The see-thru plastic is far too blurry to shoot through, so forget about that. Also, these covers tend to pop open by themselves too frequently. But they're cheap and better than nothing to help keep the dust off.
