Does the CelluCore require a subscription or have monthly fees? Does it work off of a Bluetooth signal or does it need WiFi? Batteries last for 6 months with average usage? What if it is a high traffic area that could involve cattle. Does it only work from motion sensors?
Answer:
Hi Valerie! Going to list this out for clarity’s sake: 1. The Bushnell Trail Camera app itself is free, but starts charging after a 30-day trial. The price varies. 2. The CelluCore’s Dual SIM Connectivity automatically connects to the strongest cellular network signal in your camera’s area. 3. It runs off 12 AA batteries. Their lifespan depends on brand, signal strength, and usage frequency. Possibly 3 months minimum, 6 months maximum. 4. The CelluCore has a motion sensor that automatically takes photos, but you can view live video on the app at any time. There are settings to disable the motion sensor, and a strip of electrical tape ought to do the trick as well.
