I bought these for my new
I bought these for my newly acquired S&W 460 5' barrel. My excuse for the gun is for backpacking. I shot ten rounds of these 360 grain behemoths today, I didn't shoot more because it was an indoor range and people were getting annoyed. I shot off hand at 25 feet (I know, that's not far) 4 were in the 2' center (1 of the 4 was in the one inch bulls-eye), 3 were in the 4' center, 2 in the 6' center and 1 in the 8'. I didn't think that was too bad for my first time shooting the gun with those big loads. I'm pretty sure these rounds would take down any bear I would run across if need be. I also shot 50 rounds of 45 colt in 2.5' groups at 25 feet. Shooting 45 colt with this gun is like shooting 38's with my 357 magnum.
