Buffalo Bore Ammunition is some of the best defensive ammo available today. This load was manufactured specifically by Buffalo Bore to meet the need for shooters carrying older/fragile/alloy revolvers. (Non +P) This particular load is effective as a "fight stopper" through the use of proper bullets, is more powerful than typical/standard, weak 38SPL ammo, generates much less recoil than Buffalo Bore +P 38SPL ammo, and is flash suppressed.
The Buffalo Bore 20E utilizes a Jacketed Hollow Point 125 grain bullet. This bullet is designed to expand at low speeds and has no problem opening up at considerably less velocity than the boxes 900 fps, from two inch barrels. Penetration in human tissue is roughly 12 inches.

Good round
Last time I ordered these I received the ones with a SJHP bullet (as shown), this time they had the Barnes Tac-XP bullet. Same product number. Reading reviews on other sites, this seems to be common. Both are accurate and expand just fine, I like using these in my snubbie, even though it's +P rated. The price is way too high though. Pros: Accurate Cons: Very expensive
