Browning's X-Bolt Mountain Pro is Now Available in an SPR Model Which is Optimized for Suppressor Use

The Browning X-Bolt Mountain Pro is built for the rigors of hunting from the lightweight carbon fiber stock to the Recoil Hawg muzzle brake. This rifle is considered to be a "semi-custom" rifle due to the specialized touches that Browning has added and its additional features when compared to standard X-Bolt rifles. First, the X-Bolt Mountain Pro has a true carbon fiber stock filled with noise-dampening foam which is much lighter than previous models, but is still rigid and highly durable. Additionally, the sporter contour barrel and the bolt are spiral fluted the remove weight but still keep the rifle highly functional. The barrel also features proprietary lapping which delivers consistent accuracy as well as easier bore cleaning. This model, the X-Bolt Mountain Pro SPR, also features a slightly belled muzzle that is threaded 5/8"x24 TPI and is 4" shorter than the standard X-Bolt Mountain Pro to easily accommodate a suppressor. A Cerakote finish is applied to the barrel and action which offers increased protection against the elements and gives the rifle a striking custom look.
