Own a Browning A-bolt rifle in cal 300WMg. Barrel is not threaded. Can a gunsmith tread end of barrel and then a match can be made?

It will depend on how long of a barrel you have. This will not fit X-Bolt Speed rifles and other rifles with sporter-weight barrels. If you have a bull or heavy-sporter profile rifle barrel with a minimum barrel shoulder of .700", then you could have a gunsmith thread the barrel 5/8x24 to use this muzzle brake.
I'm looking to mount this on a Tikka TK3 lite chambered in a 300wm. Just curious if it will be compatible?

If your TK3 Lite does not have a threaded barrel, than this will not fit. However, if your rifle is threaded 5/8x24, than this will fit.
