This factory replacement/extra slug barrel for the Browning Gold Deer Hunter shotgun is a smooth bore barrel with a rifled choke designed to shoot sabot slugs with excellent accuracy. It must be used with the same model and gauge/chamber length as the original shotgun. For example, do not attempt to install a barrel with a 3" barrel on a firearm originally having a 3.5" chamber.
