This ammunition is produced by BPS: a little-known brand here in the U.S., but one of the bigger players in the Turkish ammo scene and partner to Sarsilmaz Arms (official pistol supplier to the Turkish Armed Forces, no less).

BPS has ISO 9001:2015 and C.I.P. certificates, so it comes as little surprise that this ammo is so standardized. Each noncorrosive primer and low-fouling propellant charge lights up to deliver a steady muzzle velocity of around 3,166 fps. Each bullet weighs 55 grains or very close to it – yet another reason for that consistent ballistic performance – and as a steel-free full metal jacket, that bullet *cannot attract a magnet*.

This ammo is loaded with new brass cases. The shells’ necks aren’t polished, but that just proves they were correctly heat-treated for added robustness.
