The Bootleg AR-15 adjustable bolt carrier is a lightweight carrier machined from S7 tool steel and lithium ionite coated. It has a 4 setting adjustable gas venting system that can be adjusted while the carrier is still installed in the rifle. The gas key is staked per mil-spec. This is a stripped carrier, not a complete BCG. The carrier is not rated for full auto use.

I’d like the start this review off as by saying I have owned many different adjustable gas blocks with success of tuning the platform. That being said I won’t be going back. These bootleg bcgs are so easy to operate, easy to clean and maintain, and cheaper than dirt took care of me. Let alone the price was amazing. The Insideparallax podcast thanks you Cheaper than dirt!

Bootleg Adjustable BCG
Shot it on the full suppressed setting with suppressor. 20 rounds of 62 grain gold dots and 40 rounds of practice ammo. No malfunctions. The finish made cleaning very easy. Felt like I was shooting a .22. It worked great for me.
