Is the strap that connects the holster to the shoulder suspension elastic?

This item has a 3/4" elastic retention strap.
Will this item fit the Bianchi X2100 Phantom shoulder holster?
Answer:
This may fit, but the manufacturer does not guarantee the fit or function with any firearm other than the firearm the item was originally designed for. The X15H looks similar to the X2100 and if the X2100 has a slit for the harness strap to feed through, then this should fit.
Can it be switched for a left handed person?

No, it's right hand specific.
I have this rig and I need just the cloth strap to replace the damaged one that I have. Do you sell this item separately?
