Great magazine but not without issues.
The description says 17 rounds for the 40 S&W however I have been unable to fit more than 15 rounds in the magazine. I though maybe something may have come loose in or rattle in transit so I took apart the magazine. It doesn't come apart like the standard one. It has a little sliding mag well lock on the left bottom of the magazine. Took out the spring, sat it back in and still the same issues. As it was a new magazine and I know the break in period with the storm magazine are a little finger breaking, I attempted to use the round loader to force additional rounds. Still would not accept them. Not a deal breaker as they drop without issue and have no failures to feed. Only negative thing is that it only seems to accept 1 additional round over a standard 14 round magazine instead of the full 17.

There's only a difference in the look, otherwise same mag.
This magazine fits great and a great product, but it doesn't hold 17 rds. It only holds 14 and if you really want, you can cram a 15th in there but THIS MAG IS ONLY A 14rd MAG! NOT A 17rd MAG!!!

Works, but only holds 14 rounds for some reason. Tried to disassemble and see what the problem was but couldn't find anything.

I would give it 5 but sometimes you have to hit the bottom of the mag kinda hard to fully lock in place. Other then that I've never had any feeding problems. I've shot over 300 rounds with it so far. I bought 2.

Bought three. They seem to work very well, the gun cycles very well, and you can't tell them from the factory mags.
