When it says full size does that mean it doesn’t fit the A1 since it’s a APX A1 compact?

This magazine will fit the Compact, but the magazine will extend a little past the bottom of the grip.
Can I use this instead of my 17rd magazines in my apx?

Yes this will fit the full size APX.
Will this also fit in the carry 9 mm?
Answer:
No the Carry uses a Single stack mag. This is a double.
