Battle Arms Development manufactures high quality AR firearms, parts, and accessories. Their complete Workhorse upper assembly is chambered for 5.56 NATO and would be a fantastic addition to any pistol build or to upgrade an older weapon. It does come fully assembled and is ready to be slapped onto your complete pistol lower. The 10.5" nitride barrel has an A2 profile, 1:8 twist, M4 feed ramps, and is sporting an A2 flash hider on 1/2x28 threads. As a complete upper, BAD also installed a nitride bolt carrier group and an upgraded ambidextrous Rack-15 charging handle in every assembly. Workhorse pistol uppers feature a 9.5" free float M-LOK handguard with a continuous picatinny top rail and plenty of 3/6/9 o'clock M-LOK slots for mounting all of your favorite accessories. This Battle Arms Workhorse upper would be an excellent choice as an upgrade or new build component. As a reminder, installing this upper on a rifle lower would subject it to NFA rules which does require prior ATF approval and licensing.
