Wasted money
Wrote previously that the magazine was difficult to load and the spring was too stiff. I couldn't get my Springfield Saint to readily cycle. Noticed the bullet tips were scored when I worked the shells through the chamber I am sticking with the plastic ProMag magazine

Would not buy again
Bought this magazine and a ProMag 5 round because I wasn’t certain the plastic ProMag would be robust enough for going into the woods. It was very difficult to load this magazine to 5 rounds. I could not get my Springfield Saint to cycle with the magazine. It appeared the spring isn’t he magazine we too stiff. The bullets on the cartridges were nicked up noticeably after manually cycling the action to check the ability to feed from this magazine. The ProMag worked perfectly - easy to load and cycled readily in the gun. Not a fan of this magazine.

223-5.56 magazine
Very nice. Had I known the 10rd was almost the same length as a 5rd I would have just bought the 10rd. Fit well and shipping was very fast. Price and selection was great. I would buy from again.

With 5 rounds in it you have to pop it hard to lock it in the gun

Not as smooth feeding but it’s on a bolt action rifle I can live with it. Probably better if used with AR style rifle. Fits snug and I was delighted it’s metal rather than plastic or poly. Feel sure I’ll enjoy the mag.
