I love the look of it, but I can only get about 16 rounds in it. Otherwise it starts failing to load and scraping up the cartridges. I'm happy with the retro look, but it is NOT a 20 round magazine

As with all the great products from Cheaper Than Dirt, these mags are great. Function perfectly and built to last. When I am ready to buy more mags these will be my first choice.

Not 20 rounds only 18
Bought 2 of these mags. Works well but only holds 18 rounds hopefully the ASC fixes this issue. If you can deal with only have 18 rounds and not 20 then go for it. It doesn't bother me to much, but would have been nice knowing that it wasn't a 20 round mag Pros: Good Price / Value Cons: Only holds 18

Sturdy magazine but....
I purchased 4 magazines and I was not able to load anymore than 17 rounds on all magazines. Haven't used them at the range but so far not satisfied with the capacity of magazine. It's very sturdly constructed but I bought a magazine to be able to load up to 20 rounds and not the case so far. Will update the rating after range performance Pros: Sturdy contrction Cons: Cannot load the advertised 20 round capacity

Good solid magazine. Identical to the smallest detail with other asc .223/5.56 mags. Very consistent product. Slightly darker black though.

Okay let's go with the CONS first. These are not anti tilt followers! But saying that I did not have any issues with feeding loading or ejecting shells as long as I put 19 rounds in and not 20 rounds in a mag. It's something odd with these mags is a flex at the feed lips when loading they seem to spread apart. Although it hasn't caused an issue yet he is something I've never seen before. Very positive Pros they don't bend when empty and dropped on concrete floor, haven't failed me with 3000 rounds pushed through them and the Springs haven't lost tension from being constantly loaded. Pros: Stainless steel Cons: Can't load over 19 rounds without feed failure
