Armaspec's GEN 4 Stealth Recoil Spring Offers a Number of Advantages Over a Standard Buffer System

The Stealth Recoil Spring, or SRS from Armaspec is a drop in part for AR-15 carbine length receiver extensions which replaces the traditional buffer and buffer spring. Available in a variety of weights to replace the standard buffer weights we all know, the SRS system delivers several enhancements compared to springs and buffers. The self-contained system eliminates the rubbing of a buffer spring against the inside of the buffer tube. Additionally, the unique design helps to reduce the felt recoil while firing your rifle. Experience a drop-in enhancement for your AR-15 today with the Armaspec Stealth Recoil Spring!

This will be displayed next to your question.

What is the better item to buy: the H1 or the H2 for my AR-15, 16” 5.56, and why?
Answer: Hi Steven! At 16", your AR-15's barrel length classifies it as a carbine. Convention holds that H1 is ideal for carbine. As to the "why?" part of your question, I confess that KAK industry's explanation of buffer weights is much better than anything I could write. I hope you'll take a look: https://blog.kakindustry.com/what-are-buffer-weights/
