Will this fit an AM-15 pistol lower?

This will fit. However, adding a 16" barrel to an AR pistol without the ATF approval and a tax stamp would create a regulated SBR (short barreled rifle) in federal violation of the NFA. You may want to consider adding a pistol length upper.
Does this have a low profile railed gas block or a rail height gas block? Need to know what front sight to buy.

The rail on gas block is lower than the rail on the receiver, so this upper is compatible with a lower 1/3 aka high profile front sight. Try item # 16-MT-750X or ARR-804.
is this a heavy barrel , or standard barrel ??

The barrel has a Government Profile contour.
Is the description correct that this is a carbine length gas system? Isnt .300AAC supposed to be pistol length gas system to utilize a standard H buffer?

Not necessarily. While .300 Blk pistol length gas systems are more popular, carbine length gas systems in .300 Blk are not uncommon. Anderson states that this .300 Blk upper has a Carbine length gas system.
