This 9mm ammo may satisfy minor power factor requirements, but that doesn’t mean it’s odd or unusual. Quite the contrary, in fact, because its 900 fps muzzle velocity in conjunction with a 4” barrel (that of a Glock 19, specifically) is fairly standard for a 147 grain load. Perfect if you want lower felt recoil than what a 115 grain bullet would probably provide, or the subsonic muzzle velocity which best complements a suppressor.
