i hav a suppressor at 1.33 OD will this fit in side you hand rail?

The ID on this handguard is 1.34" so it will definitely be tight and may still contact your suppressor.
Will this fit a 300blackout barrel nut?

I see the OD of some low-profile gas blocks, such as the YHM popularly sold here, are listed at 1.38". Will this free-float rail fit over that? I see an answer that says 1.3" ID, implying it's just barely too small to fit over the gas block. Unless those numbers are rounded? Is this pretty universal stuff?
