If you Riley Defense AK has a standard AK side rail, then yes this will fit. Minor fitting may be required.

Will this work with century arms ak?

It depends on exactly which Century Arms AK you have and which side rail mount it's equipped with. This will fit the standard AK side rail mount found on most Century Arms AK's. It does not fit the Century Arms proprietary RS side rail mount.
