This threaded barrel for the Springfield XD-9 Service Model is designed for drop-in installation with no fitting required. 416R stainless steel is used to produce these barrels, which have cut broach rifling and a black Isonite QPQ salt bath nitride finish. The chamber dimensions will accept all commercial SAAMI specification ammo. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 and equipped with a knurled thread protector cap.
