Small book, lots of good information
I liked this. Write "non-fluffy" and made several pertinent points (some just forgotten). Big enough to have lots of information, small enough to keep with my grab bag.

NOT a modern version of the FM 21-76!
It is an Army FM 21-76 field manual, but it is NOT the updated, improved one. Had I seen the fine print showing that this is the 1970 version I would NOT have ordered it. So I'll make sure other people do not make the same mistake I did. I thought I'd get the same copy I used when I was in the Army, but even our copies in 2002 were modern, this one for sale is NOT.

Not Just for G.I.s
This is a great piece of reference material that is packed full of information to keep you safe at home or on the go. It is small enough to tuck into the glove box of you vehicle or in your pack when hiking or camping. It's been around for over 50 years but still remains relevant. Sure, some methods have changed over the years, but it's still a "must have".
