Not only does it protect you from the rain, wind and cold, but it can be reversed in seconds to become an ANSI certified high visibility safety jacket with a brilliant lime yellow color and an ample amount of 3M Scotchlight reflective tape. The jacket has a zip through collar, elastic cuffs and hem for added weather protection, along with a breathable polyester lining.
