“Ten bullets through one hole” isn’t just Hornady’s founding philosophy. It can also be *your reality* if you’ve got a .50 cal rifle and the Nebraskan company’s highest-quality match ammo!
This ammunition (i.e. Hornady product no. 2815) was formerly loaded with the A-MAX. It has since traded in that polymer-tipped bullet for an *aluminum*-tipped one: the A-Tip Match. Its metal tip is entirely resistant to aerodynamic heating, optimally long to improve rotational stability, and outfitted with a DVRT nose profile that makes drag uniform and dispersion less of an issue.
The A-Tip Match shares the same Advanced Manufacturing Process jacket as the A-MAX and Hornady’s ELD series bullets. It is drawn to the industry’s most exacting standard for uniformity, which lends even greater balance across the A-Tip Match’s length. When its tip, jacket, boat tail, and streamlined profile all do their jobs correctly (and Hornady’s precision engineering ensures that they do), they grant the bullet the ability to conserve half its starting velocity out to almost 2,000 yards. That’s the power of a 1.050 G1 BC!

I feel like I just bought
I feel like I just bought junk ammo from the 70uFFFDs. They are really rough looking (very corroded) especially considering that with shipping you pay almost alot per round. They do shoot ok, but I think you could get a better round elsewhere for the price.

Great round and cheap for
Great round and cheap for accurate 50 BMG rounds. Expansion is way better than I thought! Gonna buy a few more boxes for sure.
