The Next Generation of Magnifiers from EOTech
EOTech's third-generation G33 STS 3x Magnifier combines a shorter and lighter medium-range optic with superior light transmission and a large field of view. The improved mount allows for faster transitioning from 3x to 1x and includes STS (Switch-To-Side) functionality that allows the user to quickly slide the sight off center line when necessary. In addition, the quick detach lever allows for complete removal of the optic and mount.
The EOTech G33.STS further adjusts with a 7mm riser to allow alignment with standard or raised sights and includes an adjustable diopter for precise focusing. Able to attach to any Picatinny or one-inch Weaver rail and able to function within a broad environmental range, this magnifying sight is more than capable in the broadest range of situations.

I have a 517 optic and in
I have a 517 optic and installed a Burris magnifier on it was ok but not up to the quality of an Eotech. I tried my friends Eotech magnifier and took the Burris back to the store and ordered the Eotech. It does not magnify the optic as the Burris did and the quality is top notch. DO NOT ORDER ANY OTHER MAGINFIER THAN AN EOTECH.

I was a little hesitant i
I was a little hesitant in ordering this magnifier as I will be doing mostly CQB with the weapon it is mounted to. I went ahead and go it when EOTech was offering their rebates. I am glad I did. The glass is clear and the optic seems to be very durable. At 100 Yards it's easy to see where you want to hit. Even at 25 yards, the 3.25 magnification is not too much. If you are on the fence, just get it. It's worth the $!

If you are using an EOTec
If you are using an EOTech and want to move from CQB to intermediate range engagement, this is the optic to use. Many others can increase magnification, but unless you are doing paint ball, why compromise on accurate sighting systems.

This magnifier completed
This magnifier completed my current EOTech setup on my M4, easy install and looks nice. Highly recommend this magnifier!! Little pricey, but you get what you pay for!!
