Plate includes a rear sight dovetail for Glock pattern sights. This plate is specifically for the Trijicon RMR, Holosun 407c / 507c / 508t and will not work with the Trijicon SRO. It is compatible with the Trijicon RCR but you must use the patented screws provided by Trijicon. These screws may have to be modified to achieve proper fitment.
