This ammunition is boxer primed, sealed primer and projectile.reloadable brass cased and not packed in individual boxes because the military likes it loose. Save money by buying it in this 1,000 round loose bulk pack.

I confess, I counted the rounds in the box out of sheer curiosity and got what I paid for (1,001). Took them out to the range days later and ran through roughly 300 rds through my M&P15T. Accurate, dependable rounds with NO failures to feed, fire, or eject. Headstamped LC 10. Will buy again when stockpile runs low. A great buy at a great price. CTD rules!

Ordered this ammo on 12/28/2011 and received it on 12/29/2011. Fantastic delivery. It does help that I live in Texas which is where the warehouse was located. The ammo was what I expected as far as quality. I like that the rounds have 2011 headstamp. I did have similar issues as others have regarding the number of rounds in the box. Yes I did count the ammo. I ended up be 29 rounds short. If I had been 5-8 rounds short, I would not have worried about it. I called customer service to see what could be done. Had a little run around with the rep, but eventually he came back and I was reimbursed for the missing rounds. I paid with tax and shipping about $.35 per round but was reimbursed at $.56 per round. Needless to say that more than satisfied me. I will definitely purchase from Cheaper Than Dirt again and will buy more of this ammo as well.

I ordered my ammo on a Friday and got it on Tuesday, fast fast fast. I decided to count mine as many others have and found that i was THREE rounds short but figured that was ok, if it had been more than 5 i would have been a little upset. Its an awesome deal and its the same stuff we are using right now overseas and anywhere else the U.S. Military needs 5.56 Nato rounds... everywhere. Haha, but this is a good choice to have at home or anywhere else. Thank you CTD! No one could beat your price. Everyone God Bless! And buy ammo not food, we can hunt food if the world falls ;)
